Bosphorus Capital is an Istanbul-focused private investment concierge. We help international and GCC investors, families relocating to Türkiye, and citizenship-focused buyers evaluate property opportunities, coordinate acquisitions, and settle into the city. Every client works with one advisor, and every brief is read personally by a partner.

The firm was founded by Wissem Hassouna, who remains personally involved in every client mandate.

We are not a law firm, a bank, a wealth manager, or a mass-market brokerage portal. Legal, title and citizenship matters are referred to independent, licensed Turkish counsel; regulated financial advice belongs with licensed financial professionals. Our role is coordination, representation and honest local knowledge — and we are careful to stay within it.

• Brief — a private conversation about your objective, budget and timeline.
• Shortlist — three to five options, each visited and reviewed by us first.
• Due diligence — title search, licensed valuation, structural and market review before any deposit.
• Acquisition — coordination of the purchase process with independent licensed counsel.
• Aftercare — the same office remains reachable years after the deed is signed.

How we are compensated on each mandate is disclosed in writing before you commit. Where a property is introduced by a partner source, that relationship is disclosed as well. If a potential conflict cannot be disclosed comfortably, we decline the mandate.

We do not publish property inventory we have not reviewed, testimonials we have not received in writing, or returns we cannot evidence. Where rules change — as citizenship and residency regulations sometimes do — we say so and point to the relevant public authorities.
