The Bosphorus at golden hour

Istanbul · Citizenship & Residences

An invitation to Istanbul, slowly.

Turkish citizenship, Bosphorus residences, Bodrum villas, and a discreet life in the city. Arranged personally, never in a hurry.

By Appointment · Personally Reviewed

Why We Exist

Most clients meet Istanbul through the wrong door.

Public listings. Pressured sales floors. Brokers who close the file the moment the deed is signed. A family worth millions, handled by a sales script.

Bosphorus Capital was built for the second kind of client. The one who would rather see three honest options than thirty. The one who reads contracts before they sign them. The one who expects the office that handled the purchase to still answer the phone two years later.

4–6 mo

110+

Countries visa-free or visa-on-arrival with the Turkish passport.

I · Citizenship

Turkish citizenship, from four hundred thousand.

A G20 passport. Spouse and children under eighteen included. No requirement to live in Turkey. The qualifying real estate is held for three years, then released back to you in full.

Selection, SPK valuation, DAB conversion, Tapu, and the file before the General Directorate of Population. All of it handled by one office, in one quiet thread of correspondence.

Residences, viewed strictly by appointment.

II · Residences in Istanbul

A house, chosen the way we choose our own.

Bosphorus-front apartments. Private homes in Nişantaşı and Bebek. Considered yield in Maslak and Başakşehir. Nothing listed publicly. Only what we would purchase ourselves, after legal, structural, and market review.

Room IIIVillas in Bodrum
Whitewashed villa above the Aegean in Bodrum

A second house, where the city ends.

III · Villas in Bodrum

And, when the city is enough, the Aegean.

Whitewashed villas in Yalıkavak, Türkbükü, and Göltürkbükü. Stone terraces above the bay, private moorings, olive groves older than the deed. A second house for the long summer.

Bodrum residences also qualify for the citizenship programme, with the same one-office handling, and the same three-year retention.

Private boat on the Bosphorus

An afternoon on the Bosphorus, set aside for you.

IV · The City, Arranged

Istanbul, quietly arranged.

From the moment your aircraft lands. Discreet arrival, a private driver, a suite already prepared. A boat on the strait when you ask for it. A table that opens for you.

Tell us the date. The city will be ready before you are.

A car that already knows the route.

A Life in Istanbul

Mornings on the strait. Evenings in the old city.

Tea on the terrace before the first ferry. A long lunch in Bebek. The Grand Bazaar after closing, with the right introduction. Friday prayer at Süleymaniye, then dinner above the Golden Horn. Istanbul rewards the people who slow down inside it.

  • Bebek

    Sunday lunch on the water.

  • Nişantaşı

    Tailors, jewellers, quiet apartments.

  • Sariyer

    Fish, cold rakı, no rush.

  • Beyoğlu

    Concerts, galleries, late conversation.

The Founder

Founded by Wissem Hassouna.

Every brief that reaches this office is read by its founder. Wissem Hassouna built Bosphorus Capital on a simple conviction: international buyers deserve representation that sits on their side of the table — patient, documented, and still reachable years after the deed is signed.
